Subject: The {DATE} Video Marketing Report

Hi {Name},

Today, I want to teach you how to
create a clickable link inside your
YouTube video to send your viewers
to any website on the web - and then
profit from this trick wildly!

Okay we start by going into our YouTube
video manager.

Once inside, go to your "Channel Settings".

Check and see, but as long as your YouTube
account is in "Good Standing" you can send
people to any URL using YouTube "External
Annotations" with my little trick.

(Note: You'll want to follow the instructions
for associating your WordPress blog to your
YouTube account.

Usually, this let's you link your videos to this
single website's URL but, I'm going to show you
how to create a link to any URL using your WP
Blog!)

Now, that you have checked your YouTube
standing and associated your WP blog it's
time get started.

Back in YouTube's video manager pick out
one of your videos that you want to use.

Play the video and find the portion of the video
that you'd like to use as a clickable link.

On the side of your video in the manager, you'll
see "Add Annotations".

Choose "Spot Light" and then drag and resize
the corners of the "Spot Light" box around what
you'd like to be clickable.

Here you can also specify the duration of the
clickable link as well as add additional words
like, "Click Here to go..."

Once you have that set up, check the box
below that says "Link".

This will give you a dropdown from which
you must choose "Associated Website".

Once you click on "Associated Website" you
will get a box to type or paste a URL.

This URL must be from your "Associated
Website".

For example www.yourwebsite/page/

Now, I know what you're thinking...

I had said that you could link to ANY URL
not just ones on my own website, and this
is where the magic comes into play!

============================

There is a free WordPress plugin called
"Pretty Link" that you will need to accomplish
this trick.

With "Pretty Link" you can insert any URL on
the web into the plugin, and it will make a link
for your WordPress blog that reads something
like...

For example, this could be...

and you could make that a link to your Facebook
profile page and it will work as a YouTube
clickable annotation because it will appear as
a link to your website while in practice it will
send people to your Facebook profile - which
obviously isn't really hosted on your blog!

This is starting to get devilishly clever, but
just wait until we add the next layer because
here we'll add a pop-up over your Facebook
profile page that asks people to sign up to
your list or buy something!

To perform this amazing feat of technological
wizardry you'll do everything prescribed above
only you'll add the pop-up to your Facebook
link using...

http://catchamonkey.com/

The instructions for putting a pop-up on
any URL (even ones you don't own) are
on the "Catch A Monkey" website.

These instructions are monkey simple
and I'll let you watch the demo instead of
boring you with my written description.

So check that out...

And follow the steps above and you'll have
a link in your YouTube video that instantly
generates profits, collects leads or does
anything you want!

Cheers!
