Title 7 The Video Creation Scientists Tip Of The Day

Today's tip is on how to find interesting things to
capture on video when it doesn't seem that there is
anything interesting to film.

A while back, I was commissioned to create a video
to promote a Yoga product.

Only the budget was so small it was ridiculous!

Sounds like a challenge I couldn't resist.

Well, I couldn't afford to hire an actress to
perform Yoga and recording myself twisting
into Yoga positions would be unpalatable
due to my sedentary lifestyle.

What I did have was a good script and, an
imagination.

So, I stacked stones on top of one another
placed them on the beach and filmed the waves
behind it while the narrator talked.

In editing, I added a few long fading transitions
and included some still photographs of keywords
the narrator spoke written in the sand.

Then I synced it all to a soft audio track.

The results were amazing.

Video truly is an amazing medium to use to communicate.

Sometimes you can't take a subject full-on and
you have to use your imagination to capture the
"Feeling" youre trying to express.

Try using your own imagination to capture "Feelings"
whenever you are stuck for hard content.

Until next time,
