Title 3 The Video Creation Scientists Tip Of The Day

Today's tip comes straight from Hollywood.

Have you ever seen Paul Newman in the movie
"Slap Shot"?

It's was a hilarious underdog "does good" hockey film,
shot long ago.

It was very popular in it's day and thus subsequently it
was picked up by ABC to be run as the Friday Night
Movie for the network.

Only they had a problem, one scene that needed to be
cut out due to nudity for the TV censors was important
to the movies plot.

What did they do?

They used a black gradient as a shadow to hide the nudity!

If you saw the TV version, first you would have never believed
that the scene had been tampered with, and you would have been
in for a big surprise when you saw it on DVD!

You can create this effect to hide anything by cutting
your video up into sections and then using the "gradient
transition" tool to cover up what you don't want seen!

Have fun with this tip and I'll be back with another one
soon!

Until next time,
