While intuition is important, you need to play it
by the numbers if you really want to see stellar 
results. 

Even the best copywriters in the world know that
one sales page can outperform another by several
percentage points simply by moving a comma, 
using a different font, or moving the image from 
left to right. 

And if they tell you they understand why...

They are bold-faced liars! 

The ONLY way that you can know what
is going to get you the most conversions 
and the most profits, is to try it, test it, and 
log its results. 

You need a scientific method, and a lot 
of traffic if youre going to tweak your 
sales funnel to perfection! 

There are many tools that can help you 
stay on top of things, by tracking and 
logging the results of the changes you 
make. 

Google analytics is one option. 

Google analytics allows you to add tracking
codes into your sales funnel pages to track
what people do before and after they visit 
your page. 

Google analytics also produces graphs that
are easy to understand so you can get a good
picture of where failures and successes are in
your process. 

However, Google analytics has it's disadvantages, 
too. 

For instance, it doesn't produce "Heat Maps" like
Visual Web Optimizer does, to help you understand
what people are actually thinking about when they
are looking at a specific page.

And Google analytics is very difficult to implement
and understand (as made evident by their six page
