Title: The Perfect Logo

Hello,

Visual branding (generally thought of as the colors and logo
of a brand) is a vital component of branding, as it’s often
the first impression one gets of your brand.

A lot of companies skimp on logo development and find that
they just don’t get the kind of results the were expecting
or hoping for. Sure, a logo isn’t going to magically sell
your products, but it can have a significant impact on
sales!

You don’t necessarily have to create a complex logo for it
to be effective. Some of the most simple logos are the most
recognizable!

McDonald’s golden arches (really just a stylized letter M)
are recognized worldwide!

Apple’s logo is just an apple with a bite out of it. Simple,
but easily recognizable!

Target’s logo is a simple red bullseye, but not many
people would fail to know which company it represents!

Branding, above all, is about building brand recognition.
And a great logo can help you accomplish that.

So what makes a great logo?

It must be:

>> Easy to recognize and remember

>> Representative of the brand’s vision and voice

That’s really the only major requirements for a logo!

Just be careful that you don’t accidentally create a logo
that some might find offensive. There are a number of logos
that have been redesigned because people found them
offensive or accidentally obscene, so it’s smart to get a
few people to give you their opinion on the logo before
you release it into the wild!

Once you have your logo, it’s time to actually brand it!

Huh? I thought we’d been talking about branding all this
time!

Branding your logo means putting it everywhere! It should
not only be on your website, but in every PDF, every
envelope, every business card, every social media account,
every video you create, every picture you share…

You get the idea.

Make sure everyone sees that logo again and again. This
will help you create brand awareness, and it will soon
have people remembering you and coming back to buy from
you!

Until then,
