Subject: Blog Shark News

The Huffington Post does it...
So does the Wall Street Journal
and the NY Times.

Even Sports Illustrated does it
but you couldn't do it until now!

Hi {Name},

It used to be that if a blogger wanted
to make money with his or her blog
he or she could only put ads in the sidebar.

Unfortunately, most people have
learned to ignore sidebar ads!

So some bloggers thought a solution was
found by putting banner ads smack-dab in
the middle of there posts until they discovered
(through the use of heat map technology)
that readers often never bothered to scroll
past the "inserted ads" to read the rest of
what they had written!
=======================
It all sounded grim until...
http://wphyperstitial.com/

came along and helped bloggers monetize
their blogs the same way that Fortune 500
companies do!

You have undoubtedly visited one of the
websites listed in the start of this email, when
all of a sudden the screen you were reading was
blocked with an almost full screen ad.

We have all come to expect them when we
visit popular sites online now.

They either let you close them with an "X" or
we have to wait for a few seconds for them to
go away.

They work for the website owner because we
simply cannot ignore the ads they use to pay
the bills!

And as a visitor to the website we don't seem
to mind them - because they are so reminiscent
of the commercials we see on TV.

It's the perfect blend of forcing people to look
at an ad, while not really seeming intrusive!

Only the big-boys had the technology and
could profit from this form of online
advertising!

UNTIL NOW...
